purchased this press from a church print shop in Wichita,
Kansas. They purchased it new in 1997. This press is
in excellent condition and features a roll back 2nd
color head and both print heads have Crestline Dampening.
This Hamada 665CD Satellite 2-Color Offset Press will
minimize make ready time, increase productivity and
increase operator proficiency.
Comes with Operating Manual, Trouble Shooting Manual,
Parts Catalog, Crestline Dampening System Instructions
Manual and Satellite 2 Color Operating Manual, Plate
Punch, extra blankets, used rollers (2 New Crestline),
paper feed boards, cleanup sheets, cleanup trays (2
not pictured), and miscellaneous parts and tools (see
photos).

Crestline Dampening Systems
-
Retractable
Color Unit: The second color unit slides away from
the main head easily to allow wide access for the
operator to the cylinders. Registration adjustment,
plate and blanket cleaning, and maintenance are now
done simply and quickly. Makeready time is greatly
reduced and the unit may be moved out of position
when a single color job is produced.
- Push
Button Inching: This big press feature enables the operator
to slowly inch the press cylinders either forward or
backward without the use of a handwheel. Inching is
very helpful during plate change and blanket cleaning,
and reduces operator fatigue.
- Inverter
Speed Regulation: Stepless speed changes are now accomplished
smothly with this electronic control. The operator can
set the speed with a simple twist of a knob.
- Easy-To-Operate
Side Register Guides: Micrometer register adjustment
control is now mounted outside the cover on the operator
side of the conveyor table. An annoying registration
job becomes easier.
- Single
Sheet Feed Lever For Convience in Positioning: Paper
feed of a single sheet and proofing test run for image
positioning are made conveniently.
